A large appliance delivery was scheduled but the time window wasn't convenient. The online system didn't allow changes to the delivery appointment. Through the Lowes phone number, a representative rescheduled the delivery and confirmed the new date. They also noted special instructions for the delivery team regarding the installation. The call took about five minutes and the agent was efficient. Good support when delivery scheduling needs personal attention.
